    Do you have an iron deficiency? If not, I imagine it would be a waste of money.

    Best to get tested for iron deficiency and not assume low iron for supplementation. High iron stores in the body are not healthy.

    I'm boardline anemic I manage it with diet, I hate iron tablets as they are huge but I'm always tired so thought this might help.

    I used it when I had low iron during pregnancy and my levels were back where they should be after a couple weeks, which is quite a feat in pregnancy. The taste is a bit bleh, but I liked it a lot more than taking those pills.

    Sorry, haven't tried that. But Desiccated Liver pills work well for me (borderline anemic-anemic too).
