Just joined. I have been working out fairly hard for over 6 months now having completed 2 rounds of P90X and now in 3rd week of the Insanity workout. My goal is to tone up and maybe get that 6-pack abs look I have never had .... at the age of 43!

Good luck, I am sure you will get there! I love both of those programs and will be starting a new round of the X right after the New Year with some Turbo Kick rounds instead of the normal X cardio workouts. I simply burn more calories with Turbo Kick, and since the point of cardio is to burn them up, why not switch, lol! :bigsmile:0
