Greetings everyone:
I've been up and running for a week. I really like this tool. I have logged my foods and exercise and it's pretty easy. I read some of the post and they were very helpful in deciding whether I would eat ALL the extra calories suggested when I exercise. The jury is still out on that one.... I've been dieting for a year and have lost 50+ pounds. This tool is very helpful and will aid in losing the next 30-40 pounds. I have rewards for every 10 +5+10+5 pounds (30lbs total). Everyone should reward themselves. What are your rewards? My first 10 will be a pair of stylish boots by Kenneth Cole! I'm 4.2 lbs away from meeting my first goal.
