Ok, this may sound really stupid but I somehow felt like I was cheating. I got a baked potato from Wendy's yesterday. Their nutrition information had it listed as 270 calories and stated the average weight was 280g. I weighed my potato and it was 173g so I just logged it as a regular baked potato at 173g which was like 170 calories. Should I have just stuck with the Wendy's nutritional information or is it better to weigh it?
