Fat/Lean mass loss

Hello!

Okay, so according to my Withings Scale, over the past couple months, I've lost about 16 pounds of fat, and 3 pounds of lean mass. Does this sound good? I always read about losing too much muscle while in a deficit, and am wondering if I am losing too much, or right on track. I lift heavy 3x per week, plenty of protein, and cardio 4x per week. Curious for your thoughts.
