What to eat for diet?

I've always had problems figuring this out because I don't like cooking much since I'm so busy during the week so I'll usually just grab a "lean cuisine" or "smart ones".
Anyone have any tips or meal plans to help?
Thank you in advance!!

Chicken breast either fried or broiled is a good choice. Dry rub some red pepper, salt, pepper, Chicken flavor bouillon cubes and a little bit of garlic (i prefer bottled or powder).
Comes out tasting yummy. You can do the same with steak, replace the chicken cubes with beef ones.0 -
chicken, milk, eggs, asparagus, cheeseburgers, cornbread, meatloaf, carrots, rice krispy treats, barbecue sauce, popcorn, hot dog buns.
Sticking to these 12 foods is the key to success.0 -
What do you like to eat??
What did you eat before... eat less of that0 -

Wait a second... where are the pop tarts?? Something is suspicious here...0 -

This ^^. That's exactly what I do, eat less of everything I've always eaten, I'm losing weight, and I don't feel like I'm on a "diet" . :bigsmile:0 -

You obviously never tasted my homemade asparagus and flavor.
I use them as a healthy cheat.0 -
first off... get the word diet out of your vocabulary! it's a lifestyle or a way of living. you'll have to change the way you eat - period.
next... LOL at chief! but really... sure you can eat some of the bad stuff but in moderation. try to stick with FRESH healthy/lean foods. enter everything you eat into MFP and see what the macros are. you may be surprised. make sure you eat a balanced diet and keep an eye on fats, sodium, carbs, calories, etc.as long as they fit in your daily allowance, you're golden!
just my 2 cents...0 -
Those frozen meals are loaded with sodium. You could probably boil your own whole wheat pasta and add a little olive oil and garlic in the same amount of time it takes to reheat a Lean Cuisine.
Grilled shrimp and chicken are super easy to do at the last minute, and steamed veggies only take about 5 minutes to prepare.0 -

I eat a frozen meal (usually Hungry Man or Marie Callendar's) for lunch each day at work. As long as you stay under your calorie goals, you'll lose weight eating the occasional frozen meal.0
