fitbit flex users...question?

Hi everyone, i just got a fitbit flex. it has tracked fine the past couple of days and this morning but has since stopped tracking. i tried tapping on the band to change settings but nothing has worked. any ideas?

    Is the battery charged? If not send them a ticket they have great customer service

    You can also accidenally put it into "sleep" mode by tapping it rapidly. It can be tricky to wake it up, sometimes I have to sit there and rapidly tap it for a minute or more. Still, it doesn't happen that often.

    Check to make sure your bluetooth is on on whichever device you use to track. Sometimes it's not the fltbit, it's the device. I have to clear apps every now and then on my phone to make the fitbit sync. Also, you can manually sync in that app, so try that. I have to "remind" my phone sometimes to sync.

    i second the battery life. It may have died. Try plugging it in to your computer and if that doesn't charge it or reset it, contact fitbit support. They are amazing.

    I've had my fitbit flex a week. I do a one hour body pump class which is mostly strength training. Does my tracker track those calories, or do I manually put it in? I don't want to double dip.
