Best guide to eating that I've ever read. When I followed the plan last year, I lost weight quickly without any hunger, and I felt amazing ... I had high energy and I truly felt that I had control over my eating.

I still feel that control now, even though I am not eating in accordance to the author's plan. It's a book that changes the way you THINK about food - which is the most important part of a lifestyle change!

This book will work for you if:
1) you want to eat healthier and you already make mostly healthy food choices
2) you'd rather eat one exquisite chocolate truffle than a whole Hershey bar
3) you can eat fish, dairy and eggs
4) you exercise at a moderate/recreational level*

*This plan may not work for someone who is trying to dramatically improve their speed or endurance in running, cycling, swimming, or a similar "racing" sport. Racing athletes need more carbs/sugar than other dieters. I will post on this topic as well.

That is the title. The author's name is Dr. Jana Klauer, MD.

Congrats on your progress! I know from experience that the stretch from 138 to 132 is a tough one!
