Hi guys!
Can u help me oiut, i have some questions.
i started losing weight in december last year and kept on till march this year. I lost about 7-8 kilo in that period. Now from march till august i gained 3-4 kilo's back because i stopped for a .
My question is will my body lose the fat like i did in the first month quickly. I lost the majority of the weight in the first two months. And then after that it went slower. My second question involves why I'm constantly hungry. Im trying to eat 1200 calories a day again but its like the moment im done eating I'm really hungry again. I try to spread my meals over the day.
For example; breakfast at 8, snack at 11, lunch at 1pm, snack at 3pm and have dinner at 6 or 7pm. But I get really hungry in the evening especially before and after having my dinner. Has anyone experienced this and what did u guys do about it?

If you're constantly hungry while eating 1200 cal/day, that is your body telling you that you need to eat more. 1200 cal/day is pretty much the bottom of the bucket. I always tell the people that I coach that they need to eat as much as they can while losing weight. It helps to overcome plateaus, keeps your metabolism up, and is much more sustainable for long-term success. What I do and what I recommend to people is to eat at a calorie level that allows you to drop 1-2 lbs/week. This assumes an average calorie burn from you getting in all of your workouts. This will be different for everyone, so you'll have to do some trial and error to figure it out. I'd start ~1600 cal/day. Hit this goal, along with your macros and getting in your workouts, for a week. If you lose 1-2 lbs, you're good to go. If you lose too much, increase your intake and repeat. If you don't lose enough, reduce your intake a bit and repeat. After a few weeks, you'll figure out what works for you in your situation.
Also, how are you exercising?
