Hi, I am new to myfitnesspal and really excited about it. I have been one of those people always having weight issues my whole life. My goal is to do it the healthy way this time especially without smoking. I know it is possible so I have started this new way of life with slow expectations so I will stick to it without the disappointment I would get on past diets. It is okay to only loose a pound +/- a week is my new motto. I am happy to be a part of this and wanted to tell everyone hey :smile:
