Are there any spouses of veteran with PTSD out there?

Hi all,

Seven years ago my husband was diagnosed with PTSD and major depression. I can tell you life has been a scary roller coaster ride ever since. Over that time, I've gained over 70 lbs. Well it's time to start losing it.

Are there any spouses of PTSD veterans trying to lose weight or who have reached their weight loss goal? I would like to connect.
