Hey I was wondering if anyone had any good recipes for Proats or overnight oats? I'm really keen to try them out! Thanks

I can tell you what I do.
I use:
1 container of the Light & Fit Greek Yogurt
7g dried fruit mix
7g nuts (usually chopped walnuts or almonds)
8g Sugar Free Vanilla pudding mix
1oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
5g Vanilla protein powder
24g rolled oats
Then I top with:
14g protein granola
7g toasted coconut chips
Then I just vary the flavors of pudding, protein powder and yogurt to whatever sounds good.
ETA: Ooops I left out the oats. LOL0 -
Had overnight oats this morning.
My basic recipe -
1/2 cup oats (I like the Multi-Grain Oatmeal from Trader Joe's)
1/2 cup milk (or milk sub of your choice)
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon
Add all these ingredients to a jar with a tight-fitting lid, give it a good shake and pop it in the fridge overnight.
In the morning I add -
1 Tbs honey
16g walnuts
Protein powder
Fresh fruit - peaches, blueberries (frozen berries are good too!), raspberries, strawberries, raisins, bananas, etc)
Stir it up and dig in!0
