Endomorph needs help

Options
I walk 1 hour everyday to and fro to my work.
I go to the gym and do 30 minutes calisthenics plus power lifting
I also do 20 minutes of swimming.

I have 15% body fat right now.

I need an optimum diet plan which will keep me energized throughout the day, but at the same time reduce my body fat to at least 9%. I also want to become strong and fast

As of now my diet consists of 500 gm of fish. 3 scoops of ON whey. a lot of salad. 6 whole eggs a day. 100 grams of mix dry fruits. And 2 portions of of brown rice. and 3 tbs of oats.

I also take 2000mg of glucosulphate. Zinc, Omega 3s, and Vitamin d3 tablets.

Can someone help me build a good easy diet plan. I am an endomorph so carb( I get fat very easily) and my mother has thyroid issues as well.

PS. i dont eat beef or chicken or Pork or milk.
