Please excuse my terrible grammar and screwed up spelling I have a learning disability.
So I'm 21 and still looking to build muscle. But I've hit the a plateau on my fitness I'm on my 4th round if my P90x and body beast hybrid and it does not surprise me I've hit one. I feel so burnt out to during my workouts.
I workout six days a week I also have a few medical issues but my doctors are 100% fine with me doing these programs.
I'm just doing the weight lifting workouts from both and light cardio on Saturday.
What are some programs out there that have the muscle building like body beast and P90x that I can do at home? I will not pay money for a gym membership.
I was going to get P90x3 but don't have the $119 right now to do that. I won't buy off eBay due to bad experience.
What can I do in my home to break this plateau? Thanks
Oh and when I did my AB ripper x workout before my regular workout yesterday it felt like I could have taken a nap after the ab ripper x workout I did not feel energized one bit and my temper was not good. I actually got pretty pissed off at myself for not doing it better.
I also almost slept until 10am today which usually does not happen much but it's been happening a lot lately.

How many calories are you eating, and is it enough to offset the amount of exercise you are doing?0

Heavy lifting and surplus calories build muscle fastest. This requires an investment in either a barbell and rack or in a gym membership. Your current programs are beginner programs. After some initial gains your progress will naturally taper off because your body needs more recovery time than these programs allow. Read Practical Programming by Rippetoe to learn how to design workouts that provide for adequate recovery and continued progress.0
