Reclining your seat on a plane - rude or not?

Personally, I would like to do away with reclining seats and have more room for my butt !!!

I want to get some of those recline stoppers, but am sure they will be banded shortly

Do you ever travel the "inexpensive' airlines like Allegiant who don't have seats that recline. I like the no frills, low cost and no recline

People can recline all they want to, but it's kind of annoying during the food/bev parts of the flight when it would be nice to eat without a chair resting on your forehead.

I chalk it up to just another part of the "wonderful" flying experience.

Never been on allegiant sorry but, I guess you get what you pay for? Maybe? Delta is fine and united.... I don't have many complaints lol ????maybe try them?

I reckon there needs to be a flight duration on whether or not you recline.

Only an hour to 3 hour flight? Keep it upright!

Longer than 3 hours, hell, go for it. Just as long as you don't recline so far back that the poor sucker behind you has to do the same and then the domino effect.

They recline for a reason! I do however make it a point to let the person behind me know before reclining.
