Am I active or very active?

Okay so I'm stuck not knowing if I'm active or just very active
I go to school for about 6 hours four days a week, I have track practice for an average of 2 hours four days a week I weight train for about 70 minutes 6 times a week, and I work typically around 25 hours a week and I'm on my feet the entire time
Might seem like a dumb question but I'm just wondering what you guys think :b

I'd lean toward very rather than just active.0

I agree, that sounds very active - as long as you're not just sitting on your phone with weight training :laugh:0

Pick one; track your calories meticulously for a month. Compare your expected weight (based on calorie consumption and estimated calorie burn) with your actual weight - preferably using a "weight" averaged over 3 or 5 days. Adjust as needed.0

Depends if you are following the MFP "eat back exercise calories" method or the TDEE method.
With MFP method you don't include your intentional exercise in your activity setting or you would be counting it twice.
With the TDEE you do include your exercise.0 -

This may be the most helpful thing I have read on MFP (probably online) in weeks. Thank you!!0
