I am so happy to be the part of this MFP fit community! I do not know why I haven’t heard about this app until now.
I am the beginner so your advice and support would be appreciated! :wink:

I started at the end of 2013 with gym workout 3 days/week. But my physical condition got worse in March, so I left gym out and took care of myself (medical examination, etc.). When I was finally fine, I decided to stick to healthy and fit lifestyle. Now, my workout routine is based on 45 min of exercises performed at home plus jogging outside.

I know that being fit means a healthy and active lifestyle, not a restricted diet. I’ve learnt a lot about the nutrition and food, and I am trying to stick to this healthy plan every single day. I do not want to lose my weight, I want to be strong and fit!

I am still a little bit lost in MFP, so I am looking forward to your support and positive feedback! :flowerforyou:
