I don't know about a healthy one. It is basically rice that is a bit overcooked or risotto,a bit of pasta sauce, parmesan/romano cheese, eggs, bread crumbs...oil for frying. I also put a cube of meat (pork or sausage I cooked in the sauce and a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of the baseball size ball.0
