Inspired by a College Course

Hello all!

My name is Jade and I am 20 years old.

This semester in college I am taking a Stress and Wellness Management course that is required for my Human Services major. The class is promoting healthy living and I've decided that I am going to try to follow all of the guidelines we're laying out in the course. So starting today (September 5th) I am going to start tracking my calories and exercise.

It'll be a little hard between work and school to manage this, but I think I can do it. I work around 70-80+ hours a week at my family's coffee shop while going to classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I'll have to avoid the tempting muffin tops in the display case and definitely limit my intake of iced coffee.

Number of pounds to lose: 50
