45 days of logging, 22.4 lbs down. Tasty progress :)

Just thought I would pop in and say I've reached the 20 lb mark! Possibly a little quicker than I should, but hey, it's working for me. Started at 310lbs 45 days ago. weighed in this morning at 287.6. So happy with the loss so far, and it has been no problem sticking to the goals (or going under them) that MFP has set for me. Lifting before work 5 days a week, hitting the elliptical after work 5 days a week. Granted, the first lbs always come off the easiest, but I'm pretty pumped about being 2 lbs from my high school football weight, and I thought I'd share. We will see how the next 50 lbs go!! :)

    Very nice! We are almost twins as I have lost 21 lbs in 44 days. Started logging at 317 lbs and am now at 296.6. Looks we are on almost the same path.

    Well done. I lapsed had 11 pound off a few personal probs caused me to lapse but can only blame myself. Got to log every day now and will promise to do so for the next 50 days without fail. Promise promise if yu can do it so can i. No more excuses. :sad: t
