Meal shake for breakfast or supper???

I just wanted to get everyone's opinion on this. I am going to start replacing a meal with a low-carb, high protein meal replacement shake each day. I work out after work, about 5:30, and eat supper once my appetite returns after exercise (around 7:00). I am just as hungry at breakfast as I am at supper, so I am conflicted about which meal time to drink the shake. Would it be more beneficial to start the day with it, or replace all those minerals and protein with it after exercise in the evening? Thanks for your opinions in advance!

Why don't you just eat food? There is no magic in replacing a meal with a shake.

I suppose if I were to do a meal replacement it would be breakfast...dinner is precious and often breakfast is inconvenient.

    Real food for every meal.

I do breakfast sometimes just for the quick/convenience factor. I'd feel totally unsatisfied with one for dinner though

Sometimes for breakfast, never for dinner.

Half shake, half real food meals for both breakfast and dinner.

    I like that idea!

Shakes are a snack, not a meal. IMO.
