Looking for motivation

I'm a 28 y/o female who is looking to lose 30-40 lbs and gain strength/muscle. I've been going it alone, because I do pretty well solo, but have recently been demotivated by some not so supportive strangers. I know it's crazy to let a stranger get you down for trying to better yourself, so I figured it couldn't be any more crazy to seek support from strangers.

Looking for anyone (male or female) who is either in the process of (or supportive of) trying to lose weight and learn more about weight lifting.

    Feel free to add me if you would like. As for the strangers that are bringing you down, can you find a way to remove them from your life? Or alter your schedule so you aren't being subjected to their negativity?

    I have been focusing on losing my last 40 while building strength and muscle. I started working with a trainer and hitting the weights. I have noticed a huge difference after just a few months. You can do this! Stay focused on your goals and ignore anyone who gets in the way.
