    Well done! How long did that take you? I mean to get those results? :-)

    I've been consistently seeing results since February! I did the Daniel Fast for spiritual reasons (you eat nothing but fruits and veg basically) and lost at on of weight and then it clicked. It's alllll about diet!

    You look fantastic! This also makes me happy because my first goal is close to where you are now and your middle photo looks similar to what I looked like at 188. I would be pretty stoked to look like your current pic once I hit my first goal!! Keep up the good work :)
