The bar graph chart that lets you see how much your nutrients levels are is an eye opener...my potassium was way down , so I have managed to get it as close to 3700mg as I can and have noticed I am not sore anymore for days. Potassium has brought lots of energy back to this old bod. So, imho, check your chart reports and look at the bar graph for vitamins and such you might need to increase or decrease...

I just wish more entries had vitamins and minerals listed : /
Labels here don't have vitamins and minerals listed. So my reports are always showing I get a **** ton of vit C, from the fresh vegs I add, but very little calcium, as most my calcium would come from yoghurts, and those entries don't have minerals.0
