History of up and down weight

Hey guys, my name is Elizabeth and I actually joined MFP around 2 years ago but quit, but now I'm back. Over the past 2 years I have stopped eating pork and beef, and only drink water and milk. It took me from 170 pounds to 145 pounds. At 5"0 170 pounds is quite a lot, and the heaviest I had ever been in my life.
A little background, in grade school, I had always been a chubbby kid. Very chubby in fact, in 5th grade I weighed a whopping 130 pounds when I was only around 4"2-4"5. My grandmother always fed me whatever I wanted, and my parents were more lenient but still managed to let me eat full pizzas when we went out to dinner. Yes, I would eat ENTIRE pizzas by myself at 10 years old. The kids would pick on me of course, call me fat and ugly. My mom was comforting, telling me I was fine. Even at my heavy 170 she would tell me I was fine. But I wasn't.
In 6th grade I was an avid softball player, loved it. But at that time the bullying became too much, and I stopped eating all together. At lunch I would get my plate, but give all of it to someone else. At dinner I would pretend to eat so my parents wouldn't say much, complain my stomach was hurting and go to bed so I wouldn't have to eat anymore. By the time 7th grade hit, I was down to 60 pounds. I still saw the same fat girl in the mirror at my 60 pounds, and I was torturing myself everyday. My mom started taking me to the guidance counselor, and after a close watch and many talks, I began eating normally again.
I went to an Early College High school, basically no sports or extracurricular activities outside of your education. I took college classes throughout high school, and the only form of exercise I was getting at the time was walking back and forth between classes. Between 9th and 12th grade, I swelled from 120 pounds-170 pounds. I was addicted to a video game at the time, so going to school, sitting around doing school work, playing a video game and eating all day was basically my life.
Eventually I cut out pork and beef from my diet, and only drink water. I'm proud to say I've been soda-free for the past 3 years. Lately I've been trying to stick to an exercise regime, and use MFP to watch the calories I eat. I switched to Almond milk, and switched to wheat bread. I'm proud of myself and the accomplishments I've made so far after what I put my body through in the past.
The good part of all this is, I'm still a gamer, but I'm not addicted. I go to school full time, work part time, exercise, keep up with my diet, and I still have time at the end of the day to play games with my friends at the end of the night. Everything is okay in moderation, you just have to know how to!
