I've been very un-motivated lately! I lost close to 30 pounds and have over the last month or so gained about 8-10 back.
I was on such a roll....exercising everyday....eating health and measuring everything. I've just gotten into this funk and can't get back on track! I know one thing I need to cut out is alcohol. I'm wasting too many calories on that alone. And if I could at least walk or jog every night I'd get back into the groove. I know what I need to do....just needed to vent I guess, lol
Just need some motivation!

    Youve made great progress so far! Keep going strong and dont let 1 month ruin all your hard work! You should be proud of what youve accomplished and dont get discouraged. Just see how much you have done vand realize how much more you can do! Keep up the great work

    Girl I'm in the process of the same thing. Lost almost 30 pounds and have gained 5 back by eating too much. I just keep thinking to myself, "I am NOT going to eat back all of my hard work!" TODAY is my day back on track. I just get so easily derailed when I get closer to my goal and the weight loss slows. Just keep going and don't lose all of that progress! You've already done it and you can do some more!
