Has anyone tried this? I got the one with 40g protein and 330 calories. I plan on replacing two meals with it and adding snacks during the day. Anyone have luck with this or other meal replacement shakes?

This isn't a great or sustainable way to learn how to change your lifestyle and eat healthy. BUT 40g of protein for 330 calories is pretty nice!
I can't imagine you will have long term success with your plan, sorry to be a Debbie downer. I mean.......you're not going to drink shakes two meals a day for the rest of your life, right? When I first was losing weight, I had protein shakes once a day as a snack (and occasionally, when I was super rushed, as a meal replacement). They DEFINITELY have their place, but I don't know if you'll get long term results with this.
Also, high amounts of protein intake can cause calcium loss so if you do this, I'd recommend taking a calcium supplement as well.0 -
Isn't it boring? Or don't you like food?0
