Started using MFP 5 days ago to see if it will help me keep on track and lose weight. Already realizing how much i overate!!

It is definitely an eye-opener. It keeps me on track every day now.0

Same here. It was definitely an eye opener once i started tracking but also motivational. I'm with you, I would like to lose at least 65 lbs. It seems such an up hill battle, that I have set a goal for 15 lbs.
