Today when I was on the elliptical, my heart rate got up to 210. Usually it stays around 180-200. Is this too high? I keep the elliptical at a pretty high resistance and go for an hour. I am 20 years old, 150 lbs, and female.
Is there a way to calculate what my heart rate should be?

Too high for what?
Different people have different heart rates doing different activities. If you didn't die, pass out or puke then I wouldn't worry about it too much.0 -
Here is just one online calculator for calculating your heart rate while exercising, I'm sure there are other good sites for this as well.

Pay a lab to do VO2Max and lactate threshold tests. Anything else is broadly guesswork as there are many variables involved.
As long as you felt OK, I wouldn't worry.
My Max HR is about 20bpm higher than my theoretical Max.0
