I grow up with eating porridge for breakfast or dinner , it can be served with brown sugar or just plain. When i began to looking for some food comfortable, nutritious, and easy to make , I remembered this rice soup . Hope it can help me to lose some weight too.

If you have a slow cooker at home , this porridge would be really easy to make. Just put every ingredients in the pot and turn it ton to high before go to the bed , and when get up in the morning the porridge is ready to eat. You can eat it with 2tsp brown sugar for taste or just plain.

0.5 cup(s), Black Rice
0.5 cup(s), Dark Red Kidney Beans
0.125 cup (37 g.), Blackeye Peas, Dry
80.0 g(s), Beans - Black, cooked, boiled, without salt
80.0 g(s), Buckwheat
80.0 g(s), Millet - Raw
3600.0 ml(s), Water

This will make 12 servings . and each serving has only less than 100 Cals . For the part that will not be used in a day , you could freeze it for up to a month .
