My son absolutely loves the baby corn on the cob mixed in the piles of calories at a chinese restaurant. Anyone have any suggestions on how to prepare these at home?

You can buy them in a can in the Asian Food aisle at most stores.

I would recommend just microwaving them. I've tried BBQing them, but they just slip through the grate.

LOL! I just pictured trying to roast itty-bitty corn on the cobs! Hehehehe!

I make a stir fry with sliced chicken breast and add them as I like them as well. I use a combination of pineapple (blend in the blender) with some low sodium soya sauce, garlic pwdr, and splenda brown sugar for the sauce. It is awsome!
