LOST FitBit

Today, while I was embarking on a walk with my pup, I found a FitBit on the ground. I know nothing about this unit so I'm posting to see if any of the FitBit experts can assist me on finding its owner. I think this is a Bluetooth device so I'm not sure how to connect to it to see if there is any identification info contained within. There is no USB or mini USB port on it.
