Hi!
i just wanted to take a poll:
I pulled my hamstring on sunday doing some p90x. It's not awful i'd say probably a grade 1 pull. I worked out last night and ended up jogging on it for about 20 mins with minimal pain and actually towards the end it felt fine. I then also used the elliptical for another 45 mins. it felt a little tight after that and streched it as much as i could.
today i still have some pain, i can fully extend my leg the only pain is when i push on it/ play with it
I plan on going to spinning tonight and it seems low impact enough that i should be ok, but what do you think?
Should i discontinue working out? should i go to spinning? i dont want to end up with a chronic problem here.

Ouch. I'd give it a day of rest with maybe a little pain relief meds, and protein to heal.0

I vote:
Take a break.0 -
take it easy...a little pull can get worse.0
