trying to make it a lifestyle...

Hi all!

I am here trying to lose my last 5-7 lbs...but mostly just to keep myself accountable, not backslide and to really see this as healthy eating thing as a lifestyle and not a diet!! It is the most difficult part for me!

I feel that I do not get much support in my off-line life...friends and family always tell me im crazy for watching what I eat-some even accuse me of being weight-obsessed but I am just trying to be healthy and not GAIN weight! Is anyone else in this boat? Its frustrating to hear people say you dont "need" to watch what you eat-everyone should!

Anyway...if there are any twentysomething women with 10lbs or less to lose I'd be interested in being friends and keeping each other motivated! Good luck to everyone!! :)

    Welcome! You and I have similar goals. I'm here to lose the last few and then maintain FOREVER!
