Sterling Illinois work out group

I'm sorry if this isn't the right forum to post this in and if it isn't someone please tell me where. I'm thinking of getting a group together to meet a couple of times a month probably mostly on Sundays since not a lot of people have anything really going on a Sunday to work out mostly meet at a park and walk around a trail so we can form a good support group and we can have people to fall back on when we feel like we're gonna fall off the wagon.
