hi!
i had been working out for 2hours a day doing cardio and not much strength training and was dropping 3/4-1lb a day in weight(it went in a random cycle of lose, lose, maintain, lose, big gain, then back to losses)
well for the last 5days or so i've not been doing the 2hours cardio...just jillian micheal's 30 day shred...mix of cardio and strength training and am eating 1200cals with it(only burn about 250 doing the dvd) yet still the scales say i'm losing a steady(for the last 4days) 1/2lb a day...how???
obviously i'm doing a decent amount of strength training and my cals are high enough...so can it be muscle loss?? my water intake is the same as always too

That's really not a high enough calorie intake0

Yeah, I have to agree, especially with the strength training in 30 DS. It may seem great that you are losing that fast, but I am pretty sure that would be considered unhealthy, so you may want to try eating at least some exercise calories, especially protein.0 -
with only a 250cal burn on the shred(i use a reliable hrm) i didn't think 1200 would be too low...i also eat alot of protein, with being vegetarian i am nearly always over on my protein as i eat a lot of quorn0
