An Extra Flabby Day: good news?

So I've been reading about body recomposition and also about "squishy fat and whooshes." I'm not sure that scenario entirely applies to me but here is what I know.

Last week, I was feeling pretty good after a 3 pound down week. Then all of a sudden, one day, I felt extra flabby in the tummy area. Really flabby!. Within the next two days after, I lost 2 more pounds. My flabbiness seemed to dramatically recede.

Felt great for a few days, like I was changing my shape. Today, my weight is still down but I am extra flabby flabby flabby again. Really flabby in the tummy area. This is NOT bloating. It's like you can shake it all around.

So do you notice a really flabby few days before a dramatic shift? Then some thinner days. Then back to a flabby day before another shift?

Or am I imagining?
