Lightweight here

Hi all,

I have recently started losing weight for a lightweight rowing squad. Started out as a heavyweight (~195lbs/88kg), with a goal of 160lbs/72.5kg at ~5% body fat. Currently at ~75kg, by my reckoning the last bit will be toughest so I'll be trying to track my eating here. Anyone else around here doing similar stuff?
