I feel you I have 60lbs to lose and have been 205.5lbs on the button every day for 7 days. It is by no means a plateau but it definitely is frustrating! I am considering tweaking my calorie allowance, or wearing a HRM to get more accurate calorie burns than what the treadmill gives me, and I will definitely tighten up my logging - I often fail to log condiments and things that are less than 15 calories. These steps may also help you.
Meal timing & exercise timing is irrelevant, unless you ate 100% of your calories before bed, then sleep 8 hours, then weigh in before pooping - then you'd be weighing the entire contents of your digestive system and it'd look like a gain. But you won't lose any extra fat by exercising/fasting before bed.0 -

1) Are you underestimating the calories you eat?
2) Are you overestimating the calories you burn?
If you're running a completely honest (and hopefully healthy) calorie deficit, patience may be the easiest solution.
Body weight fluctuates with factors like water retention. While you might be burning fat, your fat loss won't be visible on the scale until it's sufficient to overcome such short-term fluctuations.
I often have a string of several days where my weight seems unchanged (or even increases) only to have my weight "drop" by 1-2 lbs overnight. Of course, I didn't burn that much fat while I slept; I had been burning fat all along, but the result was "hiding" under short-term fluctuations. Eventually, I found out my measurements, long-term, averaged out to my ideal weight loss per week, so I stopped stressing about short-term obstacles.
I became much more zen about the whole process when I accepted that. :glasses:0 -
if anything slightly OVER estimating my calorie intake lol.... as far as burned... i might consider getting a HR monitor or something to track cals burned more accurately... i have a feeling i just need more patience .... i can feel and see my body changing.... but would be great to see that scale start moving !!!0
