Get on the Ball

Does anyone do Get on the Ball or any other ball based ab work outs? Any suggestions for good DVDs, programs, or ab exercises? Thanks!

    I'll be the first one to reply.

    First of all, I've had a ball for years and even when not into an exercising regime, I used it for stretching my back.

    Anyways - yes - I use the ball for abs and stretching.

    Ton or resources for ideas when I looked on YT as well.. But when I "actually did it" seriously - here's what I used. All of these include AB exercises.
