please review my food diary

I love looking at what other people are eating!
my diary is public, please have a look and tell me what I'm doing wrong, I have plateaued at just under 60kg; I am only 5'4".

    I would suggest using the MFP guided calorie goals and set them to lose 1/2lb a week and see what it gives you, then stick to that.

    Eat enough calories. Don't skimp.
    Eat much more good fats (oils, nuts, fatter cuts of meat, high quality butter)
    Eat less processed sugar. Get sugar from fruits and minimize other sources.

    That's where I would start if I were you.
