Bluetooth 4.0 Heart Rate Straps

Hey all,

I have an app on my phone that I love and use to log all my cycling stats. It has an option to link a GPS wth my phone, but my phone only has Bluetooth 4.0. Does anyone know of a good chest strap that's not too expensive i could get to do this?
