Hello there to this day I have lost 54 lbs and I have had no loose skin .. Well I think I haven't
My chest is bugging me a lot here is a picture of me regular

Here is one if me flexing

I feel like it looks like gyno but it's not soar, tender or itchy. Also they are not like that all the time .. In the morning or when it's cold or any time that makes my nipples get hard they look normal and my pecs look good . Can you tell me if it's gyno or just fat? Also this isn't loose skin I'm just saying that to clear it up . I do realize I need more upper chest so I have been Doing incline and other variations to build upper .. Also my BF isn't to high because I can see my abs and my love handles are small so my BF isn't absolutely low but just enough to see my abs .. I just added that to see if it could make a difference or draw you to a conclusion .. Thank you so much for your time .

Don't see anything for you to stress about... keeping pounding the weights... keeping working on reducing your body fat... you will be just fine0
