Muscle toning exercises for the arms

Hello everyone,
I started going to the gym less than a month ago and wondered about the most effective exercises for toning the arms. I started out at over 300 pounds. So far, I have lost 44 pounds in over 3months. I have always had flabby arms and wondered if anyone who is in the know can link some effective workout weights exercises or share tips on how to tone while losing weight.
I typically work out 1.5hrs 5 days a week. I do 40mins of cardio, 15mins situps, 20mins circuit, and 15mins weights. Thank you.

  • Since you're at a gym, you have a lot of machines at your disposal! You probably have a "lat pull down" machine, a "chest press" machine, anything that says "bicep" or "tricep". Use all of those!

    Also, basic dumbell work is great. You can look on YouTube for instruction videos for things like bench presses (which you can alter to be with dumb bells), tricep kickbacks are AWESOME for the back of your arms, over head presses, front arm raises, side arm raises.....there are a million things. :)
