Sugar snap peas. If you have yet to try them give it a go. Dip them in hummus or a low cal ranch or creamy garlic. They are so crunchy it makes you feel like its a real snack instead of borring vegetables.

Apple, low-fat string cheese, plain greek yogurt with a little jam or other sweetener mixed in, veggies (cherry tomatoes, snap peas, carrots, mini bell peppers, etc), jerky, nuts, etc! Try to eat at least half fruits and veggies in your diet and you'll feel filled up on fiber while keeping your calories low.

I am in love with Somersaults, particularly the sea salt ones, have you tried them? 140 calories per serving, that will give you 14 bite sized pieces of sunflower seed heaven, they are so good.

I am also loving hard boiled eggs, take out the yolk and put some hummus
