Fat Free, Sugar Free Eggnog

I came across this recipe on a website I use and it's delicious! All you need is a light package of vanilla pudding (so yes, there's sweetener in it), 4 cups of skim milk, rum extract and nutmeg. Mix all the ingredients together and use as much rum extract and nutmeg as you'd like. It becomes quite thick after standing for 5 minutes so if you like something more fluid I would suggest adding more skim milk or possibly water to thin it out.
