Challenges really keep me motivated and I remember there used to be some on here, ie. the plank challenge.
Is anyone interested in doing one? I posted the jump rope jack chalenge but no one participated. What challenges are you interested in?

Whatever challenge is proposed I will do, but right now I am a little injured from running so I won't make the suggestion. However we can do anything, ab challenge, jumping jacks, planks (yawn, :P), etc.0 -

um plank holding challenge or 2000 pushup challege where everyone thats in the challege does pushups and posts them on this thread until we get 2000 say i do 53

lol i picked 2000 when i thought there would be alot of people atleast if it were 10 people id be done in like 46 more pushups lol0
