Hi MFP Community,
I've never really been the message board type of person, but I am glad to be here already!
I figure since I need something to keep me on track, I would start with the people who are doing the same thing as me. Especially during these holidays that are filled with scrumptious food! So I am counting on you all to help me get my head back into the game and finally get to my goal weight.....and help me stick to it!
I started losing weight about eight months ago when I realized that I weighed 185.3 lbs. I guess my freshman 15 turned into a freshman 50! I chose that my goal weight would be around 125 lbs. During six months I lost 50.3 lbs to be 135 lbs using Weight Watchers. Now, after two months of being somewhat careless, I have gained 4 lbs. It is time to make a change again and get back to eating healthy and finally get to my goal weight!
