It seems pretty common that most of us skip stretching after our workouts. We all know this is bad but yet we still do it. I have read several articles that state that stretching after you workout actually helps to build muscle. Oh! the guilt!!
Here is an article that simplifies the post-workout stretch - just one thing to do, even I can handle that.

Thanks pmkelly409. You're right, most tend to forget to stretch. Flexibility is one of three important component that we forget about. The 3 components are cardio, strength and flexibility, most forget about the flexibility and only work on the first two. Flexibility will help prevent injury and stretching after working out whether a cardio workout or strength workout will keep the soreness at bay.
