Hey All,

I am looking forward to change my workouts and thought would ask what works best for you and gives you best weight loss results.... Please share your workout routines... It will be of great help....

I weight around 210 lbs at the moment and I am pear shaped ! :(

    Mee too! I do quite a bit of just straight up cardio stairclimber and walking!
  • I do a lot of pilates and cardio - mainly butt and thigh targeting pilates, heh.

    Crunch Cardio Pilates is one of my favorites workout dvds, as is 10 Minute Solution Kickboxing.

    What is wrong with pear shape......:-) When you lose weight you will be a like stacked! Anyways I rather be pear - shaped with a bigger bottom than a big stomach! :laugh:

    Just shows we all find fault with what we are given, because I am working hard to get my hips and butt to go down. I find squats help this. I can't do squats on my own, so I use the squat machines and they have been working on my inches on butt and hips. Side to side movements helps too. Cardio is cardio, so I try to mix it up.

    Lately I am in a rut because it is cold, snowy or icey in the mornings now, so I have been doing DVD's at home most days. But I have to get back to they gym before all my strenght training is useless.
